Brief: Kildare Village wanted to create excitement around the unique experience of visiting the Village at Christmas and in turn, increase footfall during that period.
Solution: Working with the core message 'Step into the Story' supplied by the Value Retail group, we created a campaign that tapped into the excitement of gift giving. We focused on the idea that every unique gift has a story about the relationship between two people. The campaign centred around three gift giving stories at Kildare Village. The three content video pieces targeted three separate audiences - 25-40 year old women, 40+ woman and 25-50 year old men. We complimented this content with radio ads, social competitions, substantial digital PR and blogger outreach.
Kildare Village had its most successful Christmas period since opening with major lifts in sales, footfall and online engagement.
