Working with the Department of Education across several campaigns, we created content that showed the reality of the role. Vox pops explored people’s memories of school and their teachers, while self-shot “day in the life” videos gave an honest look at teaching, from the classroom to the work-life balance it can offer.
We also aligned content with key moments such as CAO Change of Mind, encouraging students weighing up their options to see teaching as a potential path.
Through interactive stories and social content, the work positioned teaching as a meaningful and rewarding career, encouraging a new generation to consider the profession.
